A named operator is a purpose-built AI agent that owns one business function end to end, with a human review pass before anything ships.
At Pilon Qubit Ventures, a named operator is an AI agent built for a single function, such as marketing, sales operations, customer intelligence, or finance operations. The operator owns a brief from intake to delivery rather than handing it between tools. "Named" means accountability is explicit: every deliverable records which operator produced it and which human approved it. AI does the work and a human review pass approves it before it ships. This is disclosed openly because a buyer deserves to know what is producing their work.
