Audit trail
Glossary term
The audit trail is a readable record of every action, decision, and deliverable on your Pilon Qubit Ventures engagement.
The audit trail is the running record of what happened on an engagement: which brief came in, which named operator took it, what was produced, who reviewed it, and when it shipped. Clients can read it at any time in the portal, and it leaves with them if the engagement ends. It exists to make the work checkable rather than asking a client to trust a monthly summary. Vendor accountability usually depends on a report the vendor writes about itself; an audit trail is the record itself.
