WhatsApp is how a huge portion of San Antonio communicates — especially the Spanish-speaking market. Our automation lets you respond instantly, qualify leads, and book appointments without anyone on your team checking the phone. Built on the official WhatsApp Business API.
The problem
Customers message you on WhatsApp expecting an instant reply. Your team is on a job, in a meeting, or off the clock. The customer messages your competitor 5 minutes later.
A large share of the SA Latino market uses WhatsApp as their primary communication channel — over phone or email. If you don't serve them on WhatsApp, you're losing them.
When you start getting 20+ WhatsApp inquiries a day, manual replies become a part-time job. Most small business owners end up letting messages pile up — and customers cool off.
How we fix it
Built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform — not an unofficial workaround. Your business name, logo, and verified-business badge appear in every conversation.
Auto-detects customer language from the first message. Responds in their language naturally — Tex-Mex Spanish or formal Spanish, plus full English support.
AI asks the right questions to qualify the lead — service interest, location, urgency, budget — then routes hot leads to your sales team and books cold leads into your calendar directly.
Customer picks a time, the AI confirms it, the appointment lands in your Google Calendar / Cal.com / booking system. Confirmation message + reminder 24 hours before.

Common questions
Last updated: April 26, 2026
Yes. We build on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (WABA) — the same API used by enterprise companies. Your business gets a verified business profile, the green checkmark, and full API capabilities. We do NOT use unofficial workarounds (which can get your number banned by Meta).
Typically 1-2 weeks for Meta to approve a new WABA account, depending on how complete your Facebook Business Manager profile is. We help you prepare the application during week 1 so the technical work and Meta approval can run in parallel. Total go-live: usually 2-3 weeks from kickoff.
Yes. We test all bilingual flows with native Spanish speakers from the SA market. The AI handles regional Spanish (Tex-Mex variants common in SA, Mexico City Spanish, etc.) and switches to English seamlessly if the customer does. Phrases like "¿Tienen disponibilidad para mañana?" or "what time do you open?" both work.
WhatsApp automation is included in our Growth tier at $599/month — that covers WhatsApp Business API setup, AI conversation flow, lead qualification, appointment booking, basic CRM, and email/SMS automation. WhatsApp also has a small per-conversation cost paid directly to Meta (typically a few cents per conversation initiated outside the customer-service window) — most small businesses spend $5-30/month on this depending on volume.
It hands off to your team. The AI generates a summary of the conversation so far, tags the message as "needs human", and notifies whoever you designate (via email, SMS, or your team's preferred channel). The customer doesn't feel handed off — they just continue the same conversation, but with a real person now responding.
Yes, with limits. WhatsApp Business API supports broadcast messages, but they must use pre-approved templates (Meta reviews them) and customers must have opted in. We handle the template approval process during implementation. Broadcasts are a different cost tier than conversational messages — we explain pricing in the assessment.
Free 30-minute assessment — we walk through your current message volume, your customers' language preferences, and what WhatsApp automation would look like for your business.
