Every missed call in service businesses is real revenue walking out the door. Our AI voice receptionist picks up in under 2 rings, handles the routine 80% of calls (hours, location, appointment requests, FAQs), and routes the urgent 20% to your team — natively in English or Spanish.
The problem
A homeowner without AC in July at 9 PM calls three companies. The first one to answer wins the job. If your phone goes to voicemail, the next company gets the customer.
Service businesses that don't answer after-hours emergency calls leak the most valuable jobs. Industry data consistently shows 25-40% of inbound calls hit after business hours — and most go unanswered.
A live answering service costs $300-$1,500/month and still pushes most calls to voicemail anyway. A full-time receptionist runs $40-60K + benefits + can't cover nights and weekends.
How we fix it
No voicemail. No "we're closed" recording. The AI picks up every call, day or night, with a natural greeting in your business voice.
Detects the caller's language from their first words and stays in that language through the whole call. Built specifically for the SA bilingual market.
Connects to your calendar (Google / Cal.com / your scheduling tool) and books confirmed appointments live on the call. Answers your business hours, location, services, and pricing questions natively.
Detects emergencies ("my pipe is leaking", "I have no AC and a baby in the house") and immediately calls or texts your on-call tech with the caller's name, address, and issue. No emergency missed.

Common questions
Last updated: April 26, 2026
It depends on your preference. We can configure the voice to clearly identify as an AI ("Hi, I'm an AI assistant for [Company] — how can I help?") which builds trust and avoids any "uncanny valley" issues. Or for some businesses we configure a more natural conversational tone where the AI is clearly capable but doesn't lead with the AI label. Either way, callers consistently report positive experiences when the AI handles routine questions accurately.
Three options, depending on what you set up. Option 1 (default): the AI captures the caller's name + number + reason for calling, then sends an immediate notification to your team via SMS or email with a link to a recording + transcript. Option 2: warm-transfer to a live person at your business or a paid live answering service. Option 3: schedule a callback at a specific time the AI confirms is OK with the caller. Most businesses use Option 1 for routine and Option 3 for urgent situations.
During onboarding (week 1) we collect your business hours, services, pricing tiers, FAQs, common questions, after-hours protocol, emergency definitions, and team structure. Week 2 we train the voice AI on this data and you get a test number to dial. Week 3-4 we tune the responses based on real test calls and connect to your calendar/CRM. After go-live, the AI keeps learning from real call data with your team's feedback.
Every call is recorded and transcribed (with caller consent — handled per the AI's opening greeting). You review flagged calls, mark what should've been handled differently, and we adjust. We expect 5-10% of calls to need adjustment in the first month, dropping below 2% within 60 days as the system tunes to your business. There's no lock-in — if it's not working, you can pause the AI and route to a live answering service while we fix issues.
Voice AI is included in our Pro tier at $999/month — which also includes the full automation platform, advanced workflows, multi-location support, and a dedicated account manager. Standalone voice AI engagements start at $799/month. Both include unlimited inbound minutes (some platforms charge per-minute). For very high volume operations (hundreds of calls per day), we quote Custom pricing.
Yes. We test all Spanish voice flows with native Spanish speakers from the San Antonio market. The voice handles regional Tex-Mex Spanish (the predominant SA dialect), Mexico City Spanish, and other Latin American variants. It code-switches if a caller mixes English and Spanish mid-conversation. The voice itself uses native-sounding TTS — not robotic.
Free 30-minute assessment — we listen to a sample of your current calls (with your consent), tell you what % the AI would handle, and what your monthly missed-call revenue likely looks like.
